Having spent years using email systems by the bigger and well-known companies, we found that there were always those little gaps that couldn't be filled.
The enterprise tools we knew were overkill for small and medium sized businesses and the “simple” tools were too limiting. Everything felt like it was built for a marketing degree and not a business owner.
So we started sketching out what an email tool should look like. It would be one that understood plain English, could figure out who to send to without a tutorial, and that actually helped businesses write better emails instead of just sending them.
SplashSend was born from that napkin sketch. Today, we’re a small team based in Suffolk, UK, united by the belief that email doesn’t have to be complicated — and that AI’s footprint should fund water efficiency and conservation projects in the UK, and not just shareholder returns.

Making something simple takes more effort than making it complex. We put in the work so you don’t have to.

AI is a tool to help humans, not replace them. Every feature we build starts with ‘how does this help a real person?’

No dark patterns, no hidden fees, no sneaky upsells. We tell you exactly what you’re getting.

We ship early and often. We’d rather get something useful in your hands than polish something in secret.

A real portion of every subscription funds water efficiency projects in the UK. It's not a marketing gimmick — it's baked into the business model from day one.

Great email marketing shouldn't require a big budget. We keep pricing as low as we can because access to good tools matters more than margins.
Every paid subscription puts money directly into water efficiency projects right here in the UK. 1% of what you pay us goes straight to funding projects that aim to create a future where water is valued and used sustainably.
