This includes your name, email address, and billing details. Payment card information is processed securely by our payment provider, Stripe — we never store your card details directly.
We use the information we collect to provide, maintain, and improve our services, process transactions, send you technical notices and support messages, and respond to your comments and questions.
When you connect a third-party service such as Shopify, we access certain data from that platform to provide our email marketing services. From Shopify, this includes customer names, email addresses, email marketing consent status, order history, and product catalogue data. We use this data solely to enable audience segmentation, automated email flows, and campaign personalisation. We do not sell this data or use it for any purpose other than providing our service to you. When you disconnect an integration or uninstall our app, we stop receiving new data. You may request deletion of previously synced data at any time.
We also work with trusted sub-processors to deliver our service, including: AWS SES (email delivery), Railway (application and database hosting), Stripe (payment processing), Clerk (authentication), and Cloudflare (image hosting and CDN). These providers are contractually bound to protect your data and may only use it to provide services to us. A full list of sub-processors is available in our Data Processing Agreement.
We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personal information to outside parties. This does not include trusted third parties who assist us in operating our service, conducting our business, or serving you, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential.
We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect the security of your personal information. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.
