Is there really a free plan?
Yes! The free plan gives you 100 people and 500 sends per month with no time limit. No credit card required. It’s a great way to try SplashSend before committing.
Can I switch plans anytime?
Absolutely. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. No penalties, no awkward phone calls.
What counts as a person?
A person is any contact stored in your SplashSend account — subscribed, unsubscribed, or bounced. All contacts count towards your plan's people limit. We keep the full record so you have a complete history and to prevent accidentally re-adding someone who has opted out.
What does ‘unlimited sends’ mean?
On any paid plan, you can send as many emails as you want. No per-email charges, no overage fees. Send to your whole list as often as you need.
Can I import my existing email list?
Yes — CSV import works with an export from any platform. For Mailchimp, Klaviyo, or Brevo, we can migrate your list directly, which also brings across who's opted out or bounced, so your reputation comes with you.
What kind of support do you offer?
All paid plans include email support with real humans (not chatbots) who respond within 24 hours. We also have a help centre with guides and tutorials.
