How limits work
Your plan determines how many people you can have on your list and how many emails you can send per month. The free plan includes 100 people and 500 sends per month. Paid plans have higher people limits and unlimited sends.
What happens if I hit my limit?
If you reach your sending limit, campaigns will be paused until your limit resets or you upgrade your plan. Drip sequences will also pause and resume once your limit refreshes.
Tips to stay within limits
- Send targeted campaigns to specific groups rather than your entire list every time
- Clean your list regularly — remove bounced and unengaged contacts
- Use drips wisely — a 10-email drip sequence with 1,000 enrollees counts as 10,000 sends
Upgrading your plan
Go to Setup → Billing to view available plans and upgrade. Changes take effect immediately.
